Did this state in 1999 where it rained on me and my '96 Ultra from one end of the state to the other. It was bright and clear out today, but a non-stop, non-event drive this year, especially more comfortable in the car, I'm afraid to say. I scoot right past some of this years tornado damage that touched down two days ago. Funny how my last ride through Oklahoma City was two days after the big 1999 tornadoes then, too. I slide the rig into my Dad's place in OKC mid-afternoon and have time to do some catching up and unloading for the ride out on Ol' Huck in the morning. 1200 miles of Interstate behind me and I still have 240 more to do in the morning to Amarillo, TX.
