This refers to the process of obtaining and registering a unique Domain Name through a registration service, known as a Registrar. WebEFX is associated with one of the first Registrars to be qualified after the monopoly previously held by Network Solutions was ended. When I register your domain name for you, I will obtain the first year registration, set it up on our WebServers, set in place a small 'splash page' until your website is ready.

Or I will transfer your existing domain name to our servers, extend your current registration period for an additional year, move your files from your existing source to our servers (FTP access to your old server is required).

By having your own domain name, you will forever (or as long as you pay your fees) have www.yourdomain.com as your address. Even if you move and change ISP's, this domain will stay with you. Most customers consider a company with its own domain as being more professional and Internet-savvy. Several thousand domains are registered EACH DAY, so don't be surprised if you have to attempt several times to find one you like.

If you choose not to obtain a domain name but still wish a simple Web Page, I can set you up under our domain, WebEFX. Your web page address would be www.WebEFX.net/yourcompany. Your hosting fees may also be considerably less.
