Developing the programming files necessary for your web page design.

This phase involves a one-time fee for the development and initial search-engine registration process. The costs for this are dependant on the size and complexity of the site, the number of photos and graphics, scripts, capabilities and the number of custom designs employed. When asked "How much does a WebSite cost?" I often reply with "That's like asking a car salesman how much does a car cost?"

I've created WebSites ranging from $800 to $18,000, most range from $1500-$2500. There are an endless variety of techniques and treatments that can be employed on a WebSite and your cost to develop a site is totally dependant on the final design. Once a site is developed, however, additions and enhancements are usually an on-going process, either handled as Maintenenace or through a site re-design under contract pricing.

New customers are asked for 50% of the development costs as deposit, plus any setup fees with the balance on completion. In some cases where a large design requires many weeks or months of development, a progress payment of an additional 25% may be asked for during development.
